  7. Planning  - (a) to consider planning applications in hand:

WD/2009/0926/FT  - Great Barn,  Michelham Priory, Upper Dicker, nr. Hailsham, BN27 3QS. Renewal of temporary planning permission for a limited number of private and/or corporate cultural dinners for a further two years;

WD/2008/1619/F – Hedley House, High Barn Road, Upper Dicker, Hailsham, BN27 3QJ. New oak framed double bay garage and log store. Demolition of existing shed. Previously approved 21.07.08. Revised garage elevations;

(b) to note planning decisions by WDC;

               (c) Stud House – to respond to letter of 5th May from St Bede’s School (attached)l;

(d) enforcement matters – the Clerk to report..

  1. Allocation of duties and responsibilities to individual councillors (note attached).
  2. To consider moving Parish Council meetings to the third Thursday in the month from

September 2009 onwards.

(b) to consider how much extra space could be made available for a play area;

(c) to consider whether all equipment should be replaced, or whether phased replacement would be preferable;

(d) to approve funding to clear some scrub from Dicker Copse as part of new play area;

       14.   Recreation ground:  to consider quotation for demolition of derelict shed and removal of asbestos.

       15.   Village green: to consider permission for Village Shop/cafe to put tables on village green.
