09.75 PLANNING

(a) To consider new applications received:

WD/2009/1332/MAJ. St Bede’s School, Upper Dicker, Hailsham. New Stud Boarding Houses and Car Parking.

WD/2009/1278/F Field House, Coldharbour Road, Upper Dicker, Hailsham BN27 3PY. General refurbishment to main house and single storey side extension to south east.

(b) To note approval by Wealden District Council:

WD/2009/0926/FT Great Barn,  Michelham Priory, Upper Dicker, nr. Hailsham, BN27 3QS. Renewal of temporary planning permission for a limited number of private and/or corporate cultural dinners for a further two years.

(c) To request Wealden District Council to impose Tree Preservation Orders on a line of twelve mature oaks in the paddock east of Upper Dicker Village Shop.

(a) To approve a bank reconciliation for the period ended 30 June 2009.

(b) To approve accounts for payment and Standing Order for Clerk’s salary.

(c) To approve a Budget Statement for the first quarter of 2009-2010

(d) To approve a risk assessment for the  clerk’s office.

Partial Review of the Regional Spatial Strategy for the South East: Provision for Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople – to consider commenting on the Review (required by 01.09.09).

09.80 CO-OPTION OF COUNCILLOR

If all the candidates are able to make their presentations to the Council this evening, a co-option will be made. Otherwise, a special Co-option Meeting will be arranged.

(a) To fix a date for a Planning Meeting on the LDF Consultation.

(b) To note the date of the next regular Parish Council meeting, which is Thursday 17th September 2009 at 7.30 pm in Arlington Village Hall.

From September 2009 onwards, regular meetings will be held on the THIRD Thursday of the month.
